The Village of Wolverine Lake Planning Commission has prepared draft text amendments to the Zoning Ordinance. The new language regarding spas, hot tubs and similar facilities modifies the following sections:
- Chapter 1240, General Provisions and Definitions
- Chapter 1250, R1-A, R1-B and R1-LF Single Family Residential Districts
- Chapter 1252, RM-1 Multi-Family Residential District
- Chapter 1270, Site Design Regulations
- Chapter 1280, Accessory Buildings and Structures
The proposed text amendments will be considered at a public hearing conducted by the Planning Commission on January 25, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 425 Glengary, Wolverine Lake, Michigan 48390.
The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public input on these proposed changes. The complete text of the draft amendments can be reviewed at Village Hall, 425 Glengary, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m.
